• Third-Party Platforms: External AI services (e.g., MidJourney, OpenAI, Stable Diffusion, Runway).

3. Use of the Extension

3.1 You may use the Extension for personal or commercial creative purposes.

3.2 You must not use the Extension for:

• Unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful activities.

• Violating intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or exploiting the Extension in unauthorized ways.

4. Intellectual Property and References

4.1 The Extension provides references solely for descriptive and organizational purposes.

4.2 All trademarks, logos, and names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

4.3 No affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is implied between Synthetic White AB and any referenced entities.

5. Generated Content

5.1 You are solely responsible for the content you generate using the Extension.

5.2 We do not monitor or control Generated Content and disclaim liability for it.

5.3 You must ensure Generated Content complies with applicable copyright, trademark, publicity, and data protection laws.

5.4 Generated Content may also be subject to the terms of Third-Party Platforms.

6. Disclaimer of Endorsement

6.1 References to artists, brands, photographers, or cultural works are for inspiration only.

6.2 Dreamdrive is not affiliated with or endorsed by any referenced entity.

6.3 Any resemblance of Generated Content to actual persons, brands, or works is coincidental and solely the responsibility of the User.

7. User Obligations

7.1 You agree not to present Generated Content as official works of referenced entities.

7.2 You agree to comply with all local, EU, and international laws related to AI-generated content.

7.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your use does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

• Accuracy, legality, or quality of Generated Content.

• Any claims relating to third-party rights infringement.

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

  8.3 Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Extension (if any).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synthetic White AB from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Extension or Generated Content.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

10.1 We collect minimal data necessary for functionality (e.g., usage statistics, account details if applicable).

10.2 We do not sell or share user data with third parties, except as required by law.
