Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable Use Policy of Dreamdrive, operated by Synthetic White AB. Version 1.0, effective 3 October 2026.
1. Purpose
Dreamdrive exists to keep an honest record of your own generative-AI work. This policy sets out what you may not do with it. It forms part of the Terms of Service. If you break it, we may suspend or close your account under section 14 of the Terms.
2. Your own work only
- Use Dreamdrive to record generations you made, or that were made for you or your organisation with permission, and files you have the right to import.
- Do not use it to collect, scrape, catalogue or republish other people's prompts, images or work, whether from a platform's public galleries, explore or community pages, social media, or anywhere else. The extension is designed to stay off such pages; do not try to work around that.
- Do not record another person's account activity on a platform without their clear permission.
3. Respect each platform's rules
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of service, content policies and licence terms of every platform you connect. Do not use Dreamdrive in a way that breaks them.
- Do not use Dreamdrive to circumvent any platform's access controls, rate limits, paywalls, privacy settings, or restrictions on automated access. Dreamdrive is read-only and must stay that way; do not modify it, pair it with other tools, or use its records to automate actions on a platform.
- Do not use Dreamdrive to download, store or redistribute platform images in breach of the platform's terms or of someone else's rights.
4. Honest records
- Dreamdrive records are yours. Do not present them as a platform's official records, logs, certificates or statements, or as proof of rights or licences that the record does not actually show.
- Do not alter a record and then present it to a client or anyone else as automatically captured. Edited fields are marked "manual"; do not remove or misrepresent provenance markers.
- Do not remove the Dreamdrive footer or the non-affiliation notice from share pages, and do not present a share page as coming from a platform.
- Do not resell, sublicense or offer Dreamdrive records or usage sheets as if they were a service provided by a platform, and do not use the Dreamdrive or any platform's name or marks to suggest an endorsement that does not exist.
5. No unlawful or harmful content
Do not store or share through Dreamdrive content that is unlawful where you or we are located, including content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights; content that is defamatory; child sexual abuse material; content that invades someone's privacy; or content that incites violence or hatred. Do not store or share personal data you have no right to process. If you share a usage sheet, you are publishing its contents to whoever has the link; make sure you are allowed to.
6. Protect the Service
- Do not probe, scan, overload, attack or interfere with the Service, our API or our infrastructure, or try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the extension, except where the law gives you an unwaivable right to do so; do not distribute modified versions.
- Do not share, sell or lend your account, use another person's account, or create accounts automatically.
- Do not use the API other than through the official extension and website, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Do not try to guess, enumerate or brute-force share links.
- Do not use the Service if you are under 16.
7. Report abuse
If you find a share link or account that breaks this policy, or a security problem, email info@dreamdrive.ai. We review reports promptly and may remove content, revoke share links, or suspend accounts. For security issues, see the Security Overview.
8. Enforcement
We decide, acting reasonably, whether this policy has been broken. Where it is practical and safe to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. In serious cases, or where the law requires it, we may act at once and may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
